🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles with a focus on process improvement.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
