Port Shop Jaya is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
