📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development strategy.,Identify training needs and gaps through data analysis and employee feedback.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's overall strategy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their learning and development journey.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
