📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.,Oversee the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.,Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.,Represent the company at supplier meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or a related role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, principles, and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
