Prime Zone Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store in Badung, Bali. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and sales.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure store policies and procedures are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
