📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all operational activities are aligned with the company's goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and employees.,Lead and mentor operational teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or service industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
