📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the company's customer database.,Conduct outbound and inbound telesales calls to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.,Assist in preparing and updating sales reports and presentations.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Stay updated with market trends and industry news.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
