📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and processing transactions accurately.
  • Operate cash register and point-of-sale systems to ensure all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
  • Handle cash and perform daily bank deposits to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist with inventory management by counting stock, ordering supplies, and monitoring expiration dates.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with cash register and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
