📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations tasks.,Support the operations team in maintaining and improving operational efficiency.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the management of operational data and documentation.,Support the operations team in handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Assist in the planning and organization of operational activities.,Support the operations team in the implementation of new projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
