📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing and managing the sales and distribution operations in the assigned area.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.,Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.,Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and goals.,Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure operational efficiency.,Representing the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management, preferably in the agricultural or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and sales management software.,Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
