PT Mitra Hasta is seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Singkawang and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Bash.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
