📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Ensure the security and backup of all IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Work with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.
