📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Developing and implementing engineering best practices and standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and preparing technical reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
