📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to prevent shortages and excess stock.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and evaluate logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance to management.,Train and mentor junior staff on logistics best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.
