📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally.,Check guests in and out, and provide information about the hotel's facilities and services.,Handle reservations and bookings, and manage the front desk operations.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception desk and waiting area.,Assist with any additional tasks as required by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Professional and polite demeanor.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
