📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for job openings.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including technical and behavioral assessments.,Provide feedback to candidates on their interview performance.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
