Cloud One Cemerlang is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management and a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and logistics. This is a remote position based in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition and available for use.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Provide training and support to drivers and other employees on vehicle safety and proper usage.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, usage, and other relevant information.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
