PULSE Pratama is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee relations, including conflicts and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
