📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is maintained to a high standard.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the regional and corporate teams to ensure that store performance meets company goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
