📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that is easy to understand and follow.,Edit and proofread technical documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar).
