📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and deter unauthorized access.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of premises and equipment.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including reporting and documenting incidents.,Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.,Conduct background checks and interviews for potential employees and contractors.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security of the company.,Participate in security drills and exercises to maintain preparedness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations.,Knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid security clearance or willingness to obtain one.,Familiarity with security equipment and technology.,First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
