📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain actuarial pricing models for life, health, and general insurance products.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of pricing models through regular reviews and updates.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the actuarial team.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and product development teams to ensure pricing models align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in actuarial science.
  • Conduct training and workshops for the actuarial team on new developments in pricing models.
  • Participate in risk management activities and provide actuarial input on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of actuarial policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial pricing, with a strong background in developing and implementing actuarial models.
  • Proficiency in actuarial software and tools such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards.
  • Certification in actuarial science (e.g., Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society) is a plus.
