In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to guests, from arranging transportation and dining reservations to organizing cultural experiences and managing guest requests. Your day-to-day tasks will include interacting with guests, using our property management system (PMS) to handle bookings, and collaborating with our team to ensure seamless guest experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and cultural experiences.
• Arrange transportation, including airport transfers and local tours, to meet guest needs.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure guest requests are met promptly.
• Use the property management system (PMS) to manage bookings and guest information.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the concierge team to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with the local area, including attractions, dining, and cultural experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of luggage or other items.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
