As a Financial Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including but not limited to, preparing financial statements, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the budgeting process by providing financial forecasts and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
