📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist guests with luggage, including carrying, storing, and delivering it to their rooms.
• Provide information about the resort, including local attractions, dining options, and activities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized luggage storage area.
• Assist with guest departures, including checking out, providing receipts, and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
• Promote the resort’s amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with luggage handling and storage procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of local Bali attractions and tourism information.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
