Our team in Kuta is at the heart of our retail operations, and we're looking for someone who can help us maintain high standards of employee satisfaction and engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and internal HR systems.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees using the BSC (Balanced Scorecard) method.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using SAP HR software.
• Coordinate with the finance team to process payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HR software such as SAP HR or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with performance management tools and techniques.
