📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all aspects of finance and tax operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare and file all necessary tax returns.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to the accounting team on complex financial and tax matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and tax operations, with a focus on logistics or a related industry.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
