📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct pre-delivery inspections on electric vehicles and related systems using standardized checklists.
• Document inspection findings and report any defects or issues to the relevant teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve any quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
• Use SAP and JD Power tools to manage inspection data and generate reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inspection procedures and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes.
• Ensure all inspections are completed within scheduled timelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-delivery inspections or related roles in the automotive industry.
• Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and JD Power for inspection data management.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electric vehicle components.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
