Razzaque Paradise Properties is seeking a dedicated and skilled Professional Barista (Latte Art Specialist) to join our team in Kuta, Lombok. As a Professional Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality espresso-based beverages and latte art, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our café. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 4,000,000 to IDR 7,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.,Create and maintain high-quality latte art, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.,Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.,Ensure a clean and organized café, following health and safety guidelines.,Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies as needed.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.,Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.,Work collaboratively with the café team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role, preferably in a café or coffee shop environment.,Proven expertise in latte art and espresso-based beverages.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with health and safety guidelines in a food service setting.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
