Maritim Permata Group is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record of managing warehouse staff and inventory. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.,Handle inventory control and stock management.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
