📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts using traditional and innovative techniques.
• Ensure all baked goods meet high-quality standards by following strict recipes and baking procedures.
• Maintain and clean bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and decorating tools.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest baking trends and techniques to continuously improve product quality.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in baking, preferably in an artisanal or commercial bakery setting.
• Proven ability to create and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts with high attention to detail.
