📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and present innovative interior design concepts for office fit-out projects
• Create detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project success
• Conduct site visits and provide on-site supervision to ensure designs are executed as planned
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in office fit-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management software like MS Project or Primavera
