📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to faculty, staff, and students, resolving technical issues and answering inquiries.
• Manage and track helpdesk tickets using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of all issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain school-wide technology systems, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of our school's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor and maintain our school's server environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Assist in the deployment and management of our school's learning management system and other educational software.
• Collaborate with our IT team to identify, assess, and implement improvements to our school's technology infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to faculty and staff on the use of our school's technology systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on educational environments.
• Proficient in using Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with server administration and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of educational software and learning management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
