📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and develop strategic initiatives to optimize human capital and drive operational efficiency.
• Manage and oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with the company's vision and business objectives.
• Implement best practices in HR to ensure a supportive and empowering work environment for employees.
• Work with department heads to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in managing HR operations and driving workforce excellence.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both employees and senior management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
