Figma is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Enterprise team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key enterprise accounts. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients to drive repeat business and referrals.,Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective account management and customer satisfaction.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales leadership team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in enterprise sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a technology-related industry.,Strong understanding of the software industry and a passion for technology products.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
